? Devise and implement China education strategy and plan focusing on 3Es, i.e. Equipment, Engagement and Endorsement. Improve progression in 3-layers (increase exam entries, exam performance and reduce dormancy) and conduct regular review on the progression performance.

? Work across different teams and partners to ensure successful adoption of Qualification the Future (QtF) changes, including but not limited to FoLA, SBL pre-seen materials, etc.
? Maximize the effectiveness of central resources and integrate with local initiatives by working closely with CQI. Provide the comprehensive and prompt feedback/thoughts to get China specific support where appropriately.
? Analyse and evaluate the issues, and develop and deliver the solutions that address the China-specific problems cross markets. This includes to develop and update MAX to provide an integrated study journey and systematic learning solution, and other alternatives to improve the exam performance, particularly for Strategic Professional (SP) papers and Audit and Assurance (AA).
? Use PowerBI data insights to encourage students to make effective usage of key learning resource (e.g. study hub, practice platform, and marking campaign) by working across teams internally and externally and leverage various social media channels.
? Support key ALPs/universities by providing guidance in innovating teaching approach, exam delivery, and joint promotion of learning/teaching support via regular in-depth consultations. Regularly conduct performance review meeting/workshop and co-work for improvement plan.
? Support educational elements of market development plans of China by supporting Business Relationship Team in facilitating education providers join ACCA.
? Enhance readiness of Qualification changes. Plan and lead ACCA educational events incl. educators’ forum, national train-the-trainer events (TtT) and ACCA recognized tutor academies (RTA), academic membership pathway pilot, participate in need analysis and feedback review for continuous improvement.
? Develop and manage local tutor community (across ALPs/universities) to enhance tutors’ learning and sharing, commitment and innovation. Leverage the core tutor guru team to pilot new ideas, test and learn and share good/best practices. Devoted in building sense of responsibility and belonging of tutors and shaping future ACCA education by effectively managing tutor social groups.

?The Education Manager will be primarily supporting the development and implementation of education strategy for ACCA China, thus supporting student progression and retention, key learning partners’ engagement, and stakeholders’ readiness for Qualification changes.

?This role reports directly to the Regional Head of Education, China. The position holder will work closely across all functions, especially Business Relationship, Learning & Commercial, Marketing & Brand, Strategy & Governance across China and UK.
