法庭的“身份”
因為不是每個法庭都要遵守其他的法庭對之前案例所做出來的決定，法庭的身份決定了它是要遵守哪些其他法庭的判例法理。網校為學員們準備一個表格，通過這個表格同學們可以清楚的了解到法庭之間的關系。
