職責描述

主要(yao)負責香港匯豐(feng)和恒生強制性公積金的資料錄入和維護，以及處理相關申(shen)請，或(huo)電話客戶(hu)服務等文職類工作

- 在PLA規定的特定范圍內持(chi)續提供高(gao)質量的香港強積金(jin)/公積金(jin)服(fu)務，以實現客戶滿意(yi)度最大化。

- 獲取最新的程序、工作流(liu)程和產(chan)品知識，并將其應用于日常工作。

- 處理內部(bu)(bu)和外部(bu)(bu)客戶請求(qiu)，并確保它(ta)們符(fu)合內部(bu)(bu)服務標準和外部(bu)(bu)合規(gui)要求(qiu)。

- 識(shi)別和(he)報(bao)告(gao)常見(jian)或不常見(jian)的欺詐/錯(cuo)誤/異常交(jiao)易，并可(ke)能(neng)提出(chu)超(chao)出(chu)其(qi)權限范(fan)圍的后續建(jian)議。

- 與同事建立積極(ji)(ji)良好的(de)關系(xi)，積極(ji)(ji)參加(jia)團隊會議(yi)/活動，促進團隊合作。

 任職需求

1. 大專或以上(shang)學歷(li)。

2. 熟練(lian)掌握微軟Office應用程序的基(ji)本(ben)知識。

3. 具有良好的英語/中(zhong)文（普通話和廣東話）閱讀，書寫和口語能力。

4. 能夠合(he)理安(an)排日常多項任(ren)務，及時(shi)處(chu)理各類(lei)問題(ti)并確(que)保(bao)準確(que)性。

5.能滿足一周上班3天以(yi)上（周一到五），持續實習3個月以(yi)上優先。
